you will be charged

We charge between 15% and 25% plus VAT on
any money you get back from your bank per case

You don’t pay anything unless you’re successful in getting your money back. We don’t ask for payment until you get the money back. Our fee is capped at $10,000 plus VAT for larger cases. Cases are capped where you get back $66,666 or more.

Our fee will never be more than 25% + VAT. Generally, the more money you get back, the lower the fee percentage.
